NCAA Tournament Odds for Wake Forest vs. Kentucky were available at SBG Global (see website here).  The line on this game had Kentucky as the -9 point favorite and a total of 142.5.  This game goes off Saturday, 8:20 pm Eastern - CBS

The Kentucky Wildcats will try and make it to the Sweet Sixteen on Saturday as they take on the Wake Forest Demon Deacons.  Kentucky had no trouble in their opening college basketball betting game on Thursday as they put up 100 points against East Tennessee State while Wake Forest blew a double-digit lead in regulation but won their game in overtime against Texas.

Head coach John Calipari said about East Tennessee State, "Hopefully we're this good, I'm not sure if we are, but we'll see if we can keep it going."  Eric Bledsoe had a game high 29 points; Patrick Patterson added 22 points while John Wall had 17 points and 11 assists.

Ishmael Smith hit the game winning shot for Wake Forest on Thursday against a Texas team that couldn't make free throws down the stretch.  Now the Demon Deacons get a chance against Kentucky. "We know Kentucky has a great team, but we'll be ready to play," said Smith, who averages 13.3 points, 6.1 assists and 4.7 rebounds per game. He had 19 points, 12 rebounds, seven assists and eight turnovers on Thursday. Aminu Al-Farouq had 20 points and 15 rebounds in the win. "I know Kentucky is big and strong inside and Cousins is a warrior in there along with Patterson," Aminu said, "We'll just have to find a way to match what they do."
