Men's NCAA Tournament odds for Syracuse and Kansas State to reach the Final Four at BetUS.com were Syracuse -110 and Kansas State +190.

Analysts at BetUS.com say that it will ultimately be Syracuse that makes it to the Final Four.

"As good as Denis Clemente and Jacob Pullen are, Syracuse is just a dominant team. The ‘Cuse does everything well: defend the perimeter, score from inside, score from outside, rebound, etc," observes D.S. Williamson of BetUS.com.  "The Orange has no flaws and their coach, Jim Boeheim, has been there before. This Syracuse team won't lose to Kansas-State in the Great Eight. In fact, the ‘Cuse has a good chance of taking home the NCAAB Championship trophy now that Kansas has been knocked out."

The best paying odds on the teams to make it to the Final Four were on Xavier +700, and Butler +800.
