The Smoothie King Center roof in New Orleans was leaking Wednesday night and forced the postponement of  the Indiana Pacers game against the Pelicans. Tipoff was scheduled for 8 p.m ET, but players still weren't on the court by 9:30, as stadium officials worked to dry the court.

At close to 9:45, an official announcement was made that the game would not be played.

So what about your bet?

Thousands of gamblers were coming to the Gambling911.com website to find out.

Games must go at least 55 minutes of play for bets on the game to have 'action'.  Each quarter is considered 15 minutes.

The typical sportsbook rules are that, if a betting event fails to take place as scheduled, for any reason, or if it ends without an official score and is not resumed within 72 hours, the stakes will be refunded or credited to your account.
