Pistons vs. Hornets Betting Line, Fantasy Outlook: Al Jefferson Monster Mintutes

The Pistons vs. Hornets betting line had barely moved despite Michael Kidd-Gilchrist being out and Gary Neal getting traded to the Timberwolves.  It had moved to -1.5 at some books.

Charlotte is inching its way to the .500 mark with a 22-29 record and they have paid out in 25 of their regular season games.  They have won 6 of their last 10 games.  Detroit has lost six of their games Straight Up but have won six Against The Spread.  Charlotte has won the last three in this series.

Al Jefferson is priced at $7700 at DraftKings.com.  He’s been averaging close to 38 fantasy points per night and only needs roughly 34 to make value in a game where the Hornets will be short-handed versus a Piston’s team that is one of the worst at defending centers.

Charlotte Hornets – Charlotte Hornets – G. Henderson $5.1K, J. Taylor $3K, B. Roberts $4.6K, C. Zeller $4.8K, A. Jefferson $7.7K (Feb 10)

Sacramento Kings – B. McLemore $3.9K, D. Williams $3K, D. Collison $6.4K, R.Gay $7.5K, D. Cousins $10.5K (Feb 5)

Sixers? Knicks? Who Can Challenge Boston in the East this Season?

As the new NBA season gets underway, there is most certainly a sense that the Boston Celtics are the team to beat once again. The 18-time champions really took an “if it’s not broken, don’t try to fix it” policy in the offseason, and it’s hard to argue with the tactic.
