The San Antonio Spurs will have to learn to win without guard Tony Parker as he is likely to miss the rest of the regular NBA betting season with a broken hand. They might have an easier time on Monday at Cleveland if LeBron James does not play for the Cavaliers. James sat out on Saturday in Milwaukee and the Cavaliers lost 92-85.
