San Antonio Spurs vs. Cleveland Cavaliers odds opened at Cavaliers -7 ½ and the line has since dropped to -6 at SBG Global.  This one goes off  Monday,7:05 pm Eastern - NBA-TV

The San Antonio Spurs will have to learn to win without guard Tony Parker as he is likely to miss the rest of the regular NBA betting season with a broken hand.  They might have an easier time on Monday at Cleveland if LeBron James does not play for the Cavaliers.  James sat out on Saturday in Milwaukee and the Cavaliers lost 92-85.  Head coach Mike Brown said that LeBron was held out for rest but James did roll his ankle against Detroit on Friday.  The Cavaliers got 30 points out of Antawn Jamison and 27 points from Delonte West but they didn't have enough to win without LeBron against the Bucks on Saturday.

It is possible that LeBron will be held out again on Monday since the Cavaliers have three days off after this NBA betting game.  "He has played a lot of minutes for us, and I felt it would be good for him and for the team to hold him out," Brown said about holding out LeBron on Saturday. "This is my decision based on the minutes I think he has played and his body and all that other stuff."

San Antonio got the win over Memphis on Saturday but they lost Parker in the process.  He broke his fourth metacarpal and is not expected to play again until the NBA betting playoffs. "I knew it was a scrum," San Antonio's Tim Duncan said. "He said he reached for the ball, and hit the ball or hit a body or a hand or something." Parker is the second leading scorer on the Spurs at 16.6 points per game and his absence will be huge. "He's got a broken hand. He'll be out six weeks," San Antonio head coach Gregg Popovich said, "He did it in the first half when he dove on the floor."

The Spurs have not played well against the Eastern Conference. The Spurs are 1-6 ATS in their last 7 games against the East. San Antonio has also not done well at Cleveland of late as the Spurs are 2-6 ATS in the last 8 meetings in Cleveland.

The Cavaliers are 11-5 ATS in their last 16 vs. the Southwest. The Cavaliers are 2-5 ATS in their last 7 home games.

The Over is 4-1 in the Spurs last 5 road games. The Under is 8-3-1 in the Spurs last 12 vs. Eastern Conference. The Over is 8-3-1 in the Cavaliers last 12 home games. The Under is 3-1-1 in the last 5 meetings in Cleveland.
