(Gambling911.com Sports Wire) - LaMarcus Aldridge is heading to the San Antonio Spurs and that team’s odds of winning the 2016 NBA Championship were now at 5-1, the second favorites after Cleveland and with shorter odds than the reigning championship Golden State Warriors.

Aldridge, a key contributor and top Daily Fantasy Sports producer, tweeted about the move on Saturday.

I'm happy to say I'm going home to Texas and will be a Spur!! I'm excited to join the team and be close to my family and friends.

His deal will be a four-year maximum contract worth more than $80 million, with an opt-out after the third year, a source told ESPN's Marc Stein.

Portland had odds of 125/1 of winning the Championship. – Tyrone Black, Gambling911.com
