Sports Interaction's betting analyst Al Dannity breaks down the Western Conference match-up of the LA Lakers and the Phoenix Suns and offers his Suns vs. Lakers Western Conference Finals free pick.

Forget about LeBron's woes or the dominance of the Magic, the Western Conference Finals is Where Amazing Happens on Sports Interaction.

Phoenix take on Kobe Bryant and the Lakers with the kind of story that Hollywood dreams of. The decision to wear Los Suns jerseys showed a franchise that wasn't afraid to make a statement off the court while Steve Nash showed they have just as much fight on the floor. After needing six stitches and a bandage in game four against the Spurs, the two-time MVP came back into the game to make sure his Phoenix team finally beat San Antonio when it mattered. With this kind of momentum heading into the Western Conference Finals it's tough not to like the Suns (+250) on the road in game one.

The NBA is no fairytale and Kobe is going to go all out to bring Phoenix crashing back to earth in this series. Kobe and Pau Gasol sent Utah packing in game four of their semi-final as the Lakers swept the Jazz and expect LA's big two to bring the pain early in this one. I like the Lakers at -310 to open the series with a home win in the Staples Center. After game one the momentum will shift. With Amar'e Stoudamire and Nash, the Suns built to bounce back. Phoenix will get off the canvas after an opening game beat-down and tie the series before bringing LA to their house.

I like Phoenix to win big with Sports Interaction in game three, even if the Lakers win both of the opening two games. After that the twists and turns will keep on coming. Both teams have too much quality and hunger for this to end quickly so one way or another this series will be tied 3-3 after six games.

The ageless Suns will finally meet their match at the Staples Center in game seven. LeBron may be a better overall player than Kobe, but Lakers fans know they have the best closer in the game. Kobe is the Mariano Rivera of the NBA and he is not going to let Phoenix stop him from getting back to the NBA Finals. This will be the game where he brings that extra level he saves for special occasions. If the Suns try the one-on-one approach he could score 50, if they double or triple team him then his assist numbers will be in double figures. No matter what they do, the Suns won't be able to stop him. Kobe is going back to the NBA Final so back the LA Lakers to win big with Sports Interaction.
