The No. 1 Virginia Cavaliers defeated the North Carolina Tar Heels, 71-63, on Saturday night and were crowned 2018 ACC Tournament Champions.  Virginia captured its third ACC Tournament title (1976 and 2018 vs. North Carolina and 2014 vs. Duke).  Virginia has won a school-record 31 games.  The Cavaliers captured the ACC regular-season and tournament titles for the second time (2014 and 2018).  They owned an impressive 20-9 record Against The Spread heading into this week's March Madness frenzy.  They have covered in half of their last ten games overall while winning all but one of their last ten outright.

Power Rating

Heading into March Madness 2018, UVA held a Power Rating of 93.31.  If they were to theoretically go up against Villanova on a neutral court today the line would be Wildcats -1.5.
