This game called off due to weather conditions.  No Action.  What is the best line on Duke vs. North Carolina for the February 12, 2014 game?  Depends on the side you are looking to place the wager on.

The line opened at Duke -1 and has shot all the way up to -3 at Sportsbook.com.

Clearly if you are one of the 20% of people looking to get some action down on North Carolina, Sportsbook.com is the place to bet.

The other 80% might want to check out WagerWeb.com, which was still offering a line of -2.5 for Duke.  A win by three points by the Blue Devils will win as opposed to being a push with no payout.

The reaction by oddsmakers pushing this line up to drive more action towards North Carolina is telling and suggest they fear a Duke rout.

On the money line, North Carolina would pay out $12.50 for every $10 bet should they win outright.  Why even waste your time betting on North Carolina to cover a 2.5 spread?  Only one of the last ten matchups between these two schools has been won by less than 2.5 points.
