BetUS offers betting on the Kentucky Derby from Mississippi.  The state does not regulate mobile sports betting and the popular TwinSpires racebook is not available here.

Mississippi was among the first states to begin regulating sports betting following the overturning of decades long prohibition by the Supreme Court in 2018.

But Mississippi opted to only allow mobile betting on casino properties, not remotely.

There are no licensed horse or dog tracks in the Magnolia State, but pari-mutuel wagering is allowed at all licensed casino sportsbooks.

Palace Casino Resort opened the Gulf Coast’s first race book back in 2019. The addition of a race book complimented the opening of CONTACT Sports Book in August 2018.
