Caleb Williams 2. Jayden Daniels 3. Drake Maye, in that exact order, is the favorite when it comes to the top 3 overall picks in this year's NFL Draft.  There is some value with a price of -130.  You'll bet $130 to win $100 and have that $130 refunded just as long as it's a winner.

Williams is a virtual "lock" to be chosen No. 1.  He's coming in at -10000 odds.

Daniels and Maye are less certain at +3000 and +4000 apiece.  The next shortest odds, if you can call them that, is J.J. McCarthy at +10000 odds.

Most of the leading experts seem to believe Williams is heading to the Chicago Bears.

The 2022 Heisman Trophy winner did take a step back statistically during his junior season.  Regardless, he remained among the nation's most productive signal-callers.  Williams completed 266 of 388 pass attempts (68.6 percent) for 3,633 yards (9.4 YPA) and 30 touchdowns with just five interceptions.  He was credited for 121 rushing yards and 11 scores on the ground over 12 games with the USC Trojans.

Once again, make no mistake about it, Williams almost certainly gets picked first.  But Daniels is a solid No. 2 choice as Dan Orlovsky and Merrill Hoge believe Daniels might actually be better than Williams.

Daniels is widely expected to land with the Washington Commanders, and one can find odds for this.

“I’m calling Jayden Daniels because I think he’s by far, the second-best quarterback in the draft,” NFL Network's Marc Ross said on NFL Total Access. “I think there’s a closer gap between Caleb and Jayden than Jayden and whoever you feel is number three. I think Jayden is the second best.”

It gets a little less predictable at the No. 3 spot though Maye is likely the safer pick.  He enters this year's NFL Draft having accumulated over 7,000 passing yards (7,929) and 1,000 rushing yards (1,247) across the last two seasons.
