Billy Donovan First NBA Coach Fired Odds Get Shorter

We're only a week into the season, and Billy Donovan's odds to be the first head coach fired have been cut in half.

Between losses to the Pistons and Thunder (and a fortunate 1-point OT victory against Toronto), as well as some interesting postgame words and player confrontations, Donovan's odds have gone from 4/1 to 2/1 in seven days.

Most of the other favorites have similar firing odds compared to when they were first released on October 4, and some of the long-tenured and secure coaches have been removed from the list below.
