In today's Paddy Power news, it was revealed that former Saga CFO Jonathan Hill will be joining the Irish betting firm.

Saga deals in insurance.

FTSE 100 gambling group Paddy Power Betfair announced at the beginning of March that its finance boss would be stepping down after six years at the company.

Chief executive Peter Jackson said: "We're delighted that Jonathan is joining us. He brings substantial strategic and operational finance experience in consumer businesses and I am confident he will make a significant contribution to Paddy Power Betfair's future success."

Commenting on his new role, Mr Hill said: "I am excited to be joining a business with great brands, differentiated products and substantial international scale."
