Can I Bet the Kentucky Derby on the Fanduel App From Kentucky?

You CANNOT this year's Kentucky Derby from Kentucky using the FanDuel app without having to open a separate account.  You will be able to bet the 2024 Kentucky Derby with FanDuel as Kentucky just signed into law a measure to regulate sports betting.  Horse betting has obviously been legal here, just not via the FanDuel website.  BetOnline offers an excellent alternativeBetOnline will NOT hold that 10 percent.  In fact, BetOnline gives you 9 percent in daily rebates. 18 and up are welcome.

FanDuel is Required to Report Your Winnings

Gambling winnings are subject to income tax withholding at a rate of 6% in the commonwealth when using the FanDuel app. Additionally, a federal tax of 25% is tacked onto winnings in excess of $5,000.
