Sears amassed nine points (3-9 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three rebounds and seven assists across 40 minutes during Saturday's 93-91 OT win over Auburn.

"Sears had averaged 28.0 ppg over his last five games entering Saturday, but Auburn limited him to a significantly lower shot volume in this one, forcing him to work more as a distributor. The offense came when the Tide needed it most, however, as Sears hit an off-balance buzzer-beater from the free-throw line to knock off the country's No. 1-ranked Auburn team on the road. The signature win snaps a two-game skid and gives Alabama plenty of momentum entering the SEC tournament."
Sears becomes Alabama's first-ever consensus first-team All-American. He has seen a drop off in performance of late however.
His scoring average has fallen from 21.5 points per game last season to 18.7 points per game this season, his field-goal percentage dipping from 50.8% to 40.3% and his three-point percentage decreasing from 43.6% to 33.8%. Sears is averaging a career-high 4.9 assists per game this season.
The Alabama Crimson Tide are heading into the NCAA Tournament as the No. 2 seed in the East region of the bracket.

Josh Hubbard Recent Performance and Baylor vs. Mississippi State Player Prop Bets
Hubbard accumulated 21 points (8-22 FG, 3-12 3Pt, 2-2 FT), two rebounds, four assists and one steal across 33 minutes during Tuesday's 111-73 loss to Alabama.
"Growing up as a kid now being in this moment, it's just a surreal feeling. So I'm excited to compete against somebody," Hubbard said of playing in the NCAA tournament.
"We know what it takes to win," said Hubbard. "We have the right mindset we can beat anybody in the country. It's just a blessing to get the opportunity to show the world what we can do."
