UC San Diego vs. Michigan Betting Preview

John Feltman of The Action Network writes:

This is an absolute smash spot for the Tritons here.

Michigan, coming off of a tiring four days in Indianapolis, will undoubtedly have some fatigue against a scorching red-hot UC San Diego team out of the Big West.

Michigan has compiled 12 (!) wins by four points or less throughout the regular season. The Wolverines are a ticking time bomb in my eyes, and the Tritons will most likely be my favorite bet of the Round of 64.

Tritons +3.5 has popped up at a couple of shops already, and I will happily snag that now with some additional sprinkling on the moneyline.

Get Familiar with UC San Diego

After two decades as one of the most successful programs in NCAA Division II, the UC San Diego intercollegiate athletics program began a new era in 2020 as a member of The Big West Conference in NCAA Division I. The 24-sport Tritons earned 30 team and nearly 150 individual national championships during its time in Divisions II and III and helped guide 1,400 scholar-athletes to All-America honors. A total of 84 Tritons have earned Academic All-America honors, while 38 have earned prestigious NCAA Post Graduate Scholarships. UC San Diego scholar-athletes exemplify the academic ideals of one of the world's preeminent institutions, graduating at an average rate of 90 percent, the highest rate among public institutions in Divisions I and II.  Source: UCSTritons
