This one was mostly a PICK'EM with the Bears opening as a -1 road favorite and Washington closing as the -1 point home favorite.  A handful of books did have this one as a PICK'EM just hours before the game.

Washington has a single win on the season.  They have only covered one game. Chicago has won two games so far and is 2-2-1 Against The Spread.

The Commanders have lost four straight games coming into Thursday night. They opened the season with a win over the Jaguars.  Three of their losses were by nine or more points.

"It's definitely a must-win," Commanders defensive tackle Jonathan Allen said. "We're 1-4. I don't know too many teams that have started out 1-5 and still had a good season."

They will face a Bears team that the Sagarin ratings has dead last with a number of 13.03.  With home field advantage added in, we do get a number that is nearly dead even by a few decimal points: 14.66 minus 14.55.

Justin Fields was 15-of-21 passing for 208 yards and a touchdown and rushed for 47 yards on eight carries against the Vikings in Week 5.
