The immediate takeaway? He is now the betting favorite to be the first quarterback benched this year.

And we’re not really sure what to make of this, but the Browns’ chances to win the Super Bowl somehow got worse after they announced Watson as their starting quarterback.
BetOnline Sports & Casino moved the Cleveland’s title odds from 250/1 to 300/1 following the news this morning.
Perhaps the oddsmakers’ thought is that Watson is more injury-prone than Shedeur Sanders. Who knows, but surely, they can’t think Sanders is more talented than Watson…can they?
