Celebrating its 70th anniversary, the Eurovision Song Contest has convened in Vienna, Austria, attracting singers from 35 countries to take part in its famously colorful, flamboyant, and eyebrow‑raising spectacle.

The schedule will consist of two semifinal shows on May 12 and May 14, and then the final being held on May 16.

Fun fact...since Eurovision began in 1956, it has grown from a seven-nation experiment into a global phenomenon, making it one of the longest-running television programs in the world.
