Among the oddsmakers favorites to first be arrested for drugs in 2011 were celebrities Lindsay Lohan and Andy Dick.  Lohan’s odds were set at 7/2, making her the favorite to fall off the bandwagon first.

Perennial “bad boys” and “bad girls” also made the oddsmakers rankings including rapper Snopp Dogg, socialite and sometime actress/singer Paris Hilton and troubled R&B artist Amy Winehouse.

Uber bad boy Charlie Sheen was listed as a 7/1 long shot to get busted for drugs first in 2011.  Go figure!

The New Year represents a time for change with many a resolution made and later broken.

Lohan offered up this quote on her own Twitter page New Year’s Day:

“Today is the first day of the rest of my life "The future depends on what we do in the present." -Mahatma Gandhi... One step at a time....     3:33 PM Jan 1st, 2011  via web”

While the British bookmakers were among the first to post odds on the “Most Likely Celebrity to be Arrested in 2011”, few Americans can actually bet at these shops.

In North America, online gambling website Bookmaker.com has plans to expand its own entertainment and novelty betting platform.  Bookmaker.com has been getting plenty of mainstream press in recent months with a number of offbeat wagers being offered including celebrity breakups and they were the first to feature odds on the firing of Jets coach Sal Alosi, who tripped up a Miami Dolphins player on the sidelines.

Bookmaker.com is also at the forefront of offering American Idol betting odds.
