All the talk in Hollywood this week centered on the announced production of “Frozen 2”, a sequel to the 2013 box office hit “Frozen”. Now oddsmakers are looking to capitalize on the phenomenon.
The Walt Disney Animation 3D graphics musical fantasy comedy film generated $1.3 billion in worldwide box office revenue, making it the highest grossing animated film of all time. It also ranks as the 5th highest grossing film of all time. A merchandise line has helped boost the franchise's financial success even further.
Oddsmakers at Paddy Power have taken notice and started taking bets this week on everything from the film's release date to whether the main character Elsa dies.
