It might come as a bit of a surprise that there is more interest in betting on Susan Boyle and her odds to win Britain's Got Talent from those living in the United States than the folks from the United Kingdom.

Gambling911.com has observed that nearly 70 percent of all "Susan Boyle" inquires are originating from the States.

Interest in Britain's Got Talent betting accounts for around 30 percent of traffic while a significant portion of such inquiries are coming from around the world.

"America's fascination with Susan Boyle has not yet waned," says Payton O'Brien of Gambling911.com.

Her popularity may get another boost as we head into the Sunday finals following another brilliant performance Sunday night where she easily moved on from the semi-finals.  She received more viewer votes than any other contestant that night.

Oddly enough, few Americans will be able to bet on the "hairy angel".  Most online gambling sites like William Hill and Paddy Power, both based in the UK, do not accept US customers.  None of the US-facing online gambling brands have yet to offer odds on the show.
