White Lotus Season 3 Emmy Odds as Finale Shatters Records
With the finale of White Lotus Season 3 broadcast this past Sunday, there's plenty of Emmy buzz surrounding the HBO Max show. BetUS will be among the online gambling sites offering odds on this year's Emmy Awards, which takes place on September 14, 2025.
Record Breaking Viewership
The finale achieved a record-breaking 6.2 million viewers, a 30% increase over the previous series high, and the season as a whole is averaging around 16 million viewers. HBO has already confirmed a 4th season.
This season was set at a luxurious resort in Thailand and follows the complex interactions among the guests and staff.
Emmy Predictions
Because The White Lotus considers itself to be a true acting ensemble, none of its main stars campaign in the lead categories at the Emmys. Instead you will find them listed among the supporting categories.
Much of the buzz has centered around Carrie Coon, a two-time Emmy nominee.
Coon portrayed Laurie, who was vacationing with childhood friends Kate (Leslie Bibb) and Jaclyn (Michelle Monaghan). While spending the final night in Thailand, she candidly expresses feelings of inadequacy and unfulfillment despite her life's efforts.
Brandon Lewis wrote on X:
"And I’ll be happy when Carrie Coon walks on stage in September to collect her (long overdue) Emmy for Best Supporting Actress in a Drama Series for The White Lotus. A stunning monologue that reaffirmed her status as the queen of HBO."
Others responded.
"Carrie Coon’s monologue at the White Lotus season finale… wow give her all the praise and awards."
"Carrie Coon absolutely nailed that scene—sharp, grounded, and so New Yorker. Her delivery never misses."
“…And I’m just happy to be at the table.”

Coon would be our favorite to win and indeed Yahoo has her favored currently at 9/2 odds in the Best Supporting Actress category.

They also have Natasha Rothwell, who appeared in Season 1 as well, at 10/1, and Aimee Lou Wood at 16/1.
Rothwell received a nomination for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie In 2023 for her portrayal of spa manager Belinda Lindsey.
Wood portrayed Chelsea, a free-spirited yoga instructor who travels to Thailand with her boyfriend, Rick. He's out to avenge the murder of his dad. We won't post any spoilers here.
Rick is played by Walter Goggins, who Yahoo lists with 10/1 odds.
The White Lotus itself has the third shortest odds early on at 6/1, according to Yahoo. Severance and The Last of Us have shorter odds.
Today’s quite bittersweet. I teared up last night in the finale… First — because It was this beautiful yet devastating & profound ending - but secondly, because It was also the end of this chapter for me in my life..
