The UK's second largest bookmaker, William Hill, was offering England v. USA World Cup odds at England -225 (1.44), USA +650 (7.50).  You can, however, get a better price betting at one of the North American facing online bookmakers.

Case in point, the price for England is just -200 at Bookmaker.com, the oldest of the North American-facing online betting companies.  This is due mostly because Team USA is getting heavy action as a result of national pride.

"The savings is US$2.25 for every US$10.00 bet on England," points out Don Shapiro of Gambling911.com.

Team USA does pay out less, but there won't be a whole lot of people in Great Britain backing the US team.

US gamblers will get paid out US$57.50 for every US$10 bet at Bookmaker.com compared to US$65 at William Hill.  US gamblers are prohibited from playing at William Hill however.

Open an online betting account at Bookmaker.com with US$300 and receive a FREE US$300.  Use bonus code:  GAMBLING911.  Bookmaker.com is the oldest established online gambling website.
