The Iowa vs. Michigan spread has hung around Hawkeyes -3 and -3 ½ depending on the sportsbook.  85 percent of the betting action was on Iowa in this game.  Iowa was the 3rd most bet on team in College Football during Week 7.

Iowa (4-1, 1-0 Big Ten) and its stingy defense -- a nation's best 10.2 points allowed per game -- will face its toughest test yet when they visit denard Robinson and Michigan (5-1, 1-1) on Saturday, ESPN.com warns. Robinson is averaging 165 yards per game and has scored nine times. The Hawkeyes have yet to allow a rushing TD.

ESPN’s Scouts Edge gives this one to Iowa by 5 points.

Iowa's advantage in the running game should lead to a convincing road win. Denard Robinson and his running backs will face one of the top overall defenses in the nation, and the Hawkeyes' ability to control the line of scrimmage will force Denard Robinson to make plays though the air. On the other side, Adam Robinson faces a Michigan run defense that was exposed by Michigan State and doesn't match up well with the Hawkeyes' downhill ground game. If the Wolverines load up against the run, their corners will have a difficult time holding up on the outside, and Stanzi will find the open man.
