Atlanta Falcons vs. Philadelphia Eagles Odds

The Atlanta Falcons vs. Philadelphia Eagles odds were set at Eagles -2 ½ at BetUS.com.  Some online sportsbooks had this one at -3, where the line initially opened.

Atlanta comes into this game red hot with a 4-1 record.  Philadelphia is currently sitting pretty at 3-2 but there are still questions as to whether Michael Vick will be back after suffering a rib injury two weeks ago.

"He's still recovering," Eagles head coach Andy Reid said regarding Vick. "He started to lift some, but he's not throwing. We'll just see how he progresses. Kevin (Kolb) will take the reps at practice."

Kolb connected last week on 21 of 31 passes for 253 yards and a score in a 27-24 win at San Francisco.

Amazing as it may seem, the Falcons are looking for their biggest win streak (5 games) in 12 years.

"The biggest thing about this team is we've won a bunch of different ways," center Todd McClure said. "It hasn't been one phase of our team carrying the team. It's been a bunch of different ways by a bunch of different guys.

"If you can do that and win the turnover game, you're gonna be pretty successful in this league."

Philadelphia beat Atlanta 34-7 last year and 24-17 in 2006 when Vick was still playing for the Falcons.
