The 2010 NFL Draft Chiefs Seahawks and Chargers needs include the following:

The Kansas City Chiefs will probably be looking to grab OL Trent Williams, S Eric Berry or OL Bryan Bulaga as their first pick.

The Kansas City Star Red Zone points out that:

The Chiefs of course need a safety, preferably one who can step in right away and help their beleaguered defense. They should emerge with their next return specialist, one who can lift their sagging return game.

From the Republican American:

Pioli's first draft proved disappointing to fans who rhapsodized that their new GM was football's foremost personnel genius. Mr. Irrelevant, K Ryan Succop, has provided the biggest impact. But in all fairness to Bill Belichick's former sidekick, Pioli barely had time to locate the men's room, let alone organize his own scouting team. A big help identifying players this year should also be new coordinators Charlie Weis and Romeo Crennel. They had better be. Gaping talent shortcomings exist at many positions. Pioli and his team badly need a breakthrough draft.

The Seahawks need just about every position including quarterback. Charlie Whitehurst was acquired from the Chargers to back up Matt Hasselbeck but he is also being build as a possible replacement.

As things stand now, the upcoming season looks tough for new Head Coach Pete Carroll.  They do have two first round picks in the 2010 NFL Draft.  They have an opportunity to select one of the top-tier offensive tackles in this draft class.

The San Diego Chargers will likely go after RB Jahvid Best or RB Toby Gerhart.  They need a running back more than anything else now that LaDainian Tomlinson has joined the New York Jets.
