The Don Best analysis for the Bears 2014 performance:
The Bears are hoping to keep QB Jay Cutler healthy and upright for the entire season this year. If they can do so, the weapons he has at his disposal could help lead this team to the division crown. With two 1,000-yard receivers in Brandon Marshall and Alshon Jeffery, a big-time tight end in Martellus Bennett and a do-it-all running back in Matt Forte, Cutler will have no excuses. They did lose No. 3 receiver Marquess Wilson to a broken clavicle, which will probably sideline him the first month of the season.
Chicago's defensive question mark will be at safety, where the team will rotate multiple guys. The Bears were able to add DEs Jared Allen, Lamarr Houston and Willie Young in free agency, and they will certainly help out up front.
