Baltimore Ravens vs. Cincinnati Bengals Prediction, Odds

A good Baltimore Ravens vs. Cincinnati Bengals prediction when looking at online oddsmakers reaction to this game would be that the Bengals are destined for a win.  A few of the wise guy shops are moving the line down.  Odds on this game opened at Cincinnati -1 ½ and have moved up to Baltimore -3.

The Bengals have already shocked Baltimore once this season and took control of the AFC North in doing so.  They were a huge long shot to do so early on.

In Baltimore, Quarterback Carson Palmer led the Bengals 80 yards with the help of three Ravens penalties that accounted for 30 yards and a couple of first downs.

"I see this as a two-game season," Bengals wide receiver Chad Ochocinco said, "from the standpoint that with a win this week and next week in Pittsburgh, it's really setting us up for a playoff berth. And after that, continuing to win and be successful throughout the season could really give us a bye week."

From NFL.com: In their three losses this season -- all close games that came down to the wire -- the Ravens are passing the ball on 69.5 percent of their offensive plays. In their four wins, they are passing the ball just 49.3 percent of the time. Offensive coordinator Cam Cameron has done a great job of grooming Joe Flacco, but he must try to maintain balance in his play-calling.

The Ravens were getting over 80 percent of the backing from the betting public.

More than 60 percent of the sports handicapping experts are offering a prediction that the Ravens will cover here.

The Bengals, however, are 7-3 in this series.  They have won 4 of the last 6 games played against Baltimore, including the gamer earlier this season on the road.

Except for 2008, Cincinnati had won its three previous games at home.

J.J. McCarthy Drafted Number 3 Odds to Patriots

To be clear, the Michigan quarterback J.J. McCarthy is pretty certain to land in Minnesota.  But what if the New England Patriots shock us and pick McCarthy at Number 3 before the Vikings get their opportunity at No. 5?
