Baltimore Ravens vs. Tennessee Titans Spread Has Home Team at +6 (Video)
Following their crushing victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers last week, the oddsmakers are featuring a spread of Baltimore Ravens vs. Tennessee Titans at -6 with the home team a pretty significant underdog.
Baltimore beat Pittsburgh at home last week by a score of 35-7. In recent years the Ravens have had a tough time against the Steelers.
"The whole thing about ghosts, demons, monkeys on your back -- that's not real to us," Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said. "This is the 2011 Baltimore Ravens."
ESPN.com research notes pointed out that Ray Rice and Ricky Williams for 88 yards on 16 rushes straight up the middle. Last season, Pittsburgh did not allow more than 47 yards rushing up the middle in any game, and the 5.5 yards per carry allowed up the middle was the most allowed by the Steelers defense since Week 13 of 2008 against the Patriots.

"This was a huge win for us against Pittsburgh today, but without us playing great in these next 15 games, it's not going to mean anything," Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco said.
In the past 51 games, only twice has Pittsburgh allowed a runner to reach 100 yards. Rice did it both times.
Tennessee, meanwhile, lost a close game in Jacksonville during Week 1. The final score there was 16-14.
"They came out of the box with the crowd and the enthusiasm and they got points on the board and we didn't," new Titans coach Mike Munchak said. "We were flat early and there's no reason for that. We had a good week of practice, we were ready to play, all those things. But the bottom line is it equates to that first quarter.
"They pretty much did what they wanted to do and put us in a hole. We fought back, which is a good thing, but we cut it too close."
