Bengals vs. Panthers Line Still -3 Despite Lopsided Action

The Bengals have more firepower on offense than in previous seasons, but they are still quite predictable, suggests ESPN.com’s Scout’s Inc.
They also say: Carolina doesn't have a high-flying offense and probably won't be able to put huge numbers on the scoreboard. But the Panthers are dedicated to the run, so Cincinnati's aggressive -- but somewhat volatile -- linebackers must show great discipline with their gap integrity on the road.
