With the Bills vs. Dolphins line settling in a -5 after opening at Miami -5.5 earlier in the week, Gambling911.com’s own Senior Reporter Carrie Stroup reveals that Buffalo may very well be among the best plays of the week.  We want to note that trending had the spread moving towards -4.5 and we could see this line at many online sportsbooks come game time Sunday.

“As much as Buffalo was mocked early on in the season for its losses, 7 of their last 8 games have either been wins, losses by 3 or fewer points or overtime losses (of which there were three),” Ms. Stroup noted.  “I’m on Buffalo at +5 here.  That’s the number you can get at Sportsbook.com.  This is a team that has played a lot better than their 3-10 record would indicate the second part of this season.”

The Dolphins are 0-7 ATS as a favorite of 3.5 to 9.5 points over the last 3 seasons. Miami is 6-27 ATS in their last 33 games as a home favorite.  Need we say more?

The one drawback perhaps is that Buffalo has lost to Miami Against The Spread in 4 of the last 5 games including earlier in the season.  We could see a “revenge” factor come into play.

60 percent of those betting the spread were on Buffalo here.  Money line action was relatively even.
