The Browns Bengals line opened at -7.5 and was moving to -8 at some sportsbooks both online and in Las Vegas.  Around 85 percent of those betting the spread here were backing Cincinnati.

While the Bengals have lost their last two games, both were competitive and both were against solid division rivals, one on the road last week against a hungry Ravens team.  Prior to this slide, Cincinnati had won 5 straight.

Cincinnati has won five of the last six games in this series.  Two of those games were covered by Cleveland using the current 7.5 point spread.  The Bengals beat the Browns earlier in the season in Cleveland.

Prior to last week’s win against Jacksonville, the Browns lost three straight, including a home game against St. Louis.  Over the past five games, Cleveland has failed to score more than 14 points.  The Bengals, on the other hand, have scored at least 23 points in their last 7 games.  The last three games in this series have gone totaled 36 or more points.  36 was the opening total in this game.

The trends go against the Browns here.

The Browns are 5-15-2 Against The Spread in their last 22 games overall.

Cleveland is 2-8-1 ATS in their last 11 vs. AFC.

The Browns are 1-5 ATS in their last 6 road games.

The Browns are 1-8 ATS in their last 9 games after scoring less than 15 points in their previous game.

Cleveland is 0-3-1 ATS in their last 4 games following a S.U. win.

The Browns are 0-6 ATS vs. a team with a winning record.

The Browns are 0-7 ATS in their last 7 games as an underdog.

The Browns are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games as an underdog of 3.5-10.0.

The Browns are 0-5 ATS in their last 5 vs. AFC North.

Cleveland is 0-5 ATS in their last 5 games as a road underdog.

While the Bengals are just 3-13 ATS in their last 16 games as a home favorite, they are also 5-0 ATS vs. a team with a losing record.

The Bengals are 9-1-1 ATS in their last 11 vs. AFC.

The Bengals are 5-1-1 ATS in their last 7 games after accumulating more than 350 total yards in their previous game.

The Bengals are 10-2-1 ATS in their last 13 games overall.
