Drake Maye is almost certainly going to be drafted by the New England Patriots, but it's not a lock per se.

The Vikings are favored to select a quarterback first at -320, just not that quarterback

Instead, they are eyeing J.J. McCarthy with their No. 5 pick.

From CBS Sports:

"This might be the most unoriginal trade-up this draft cycle, but there's a reason why so many people are pinpointing this spot to be where the Vikings make their move. It just makes sense. L.A. doesn't need QB and needs to bring aboard young/cheap talent, so moving down is a logical step. The Vikings get themselves a fascinating QB prospect who has won essentially everywhere he's gone in his football life."

Vikings First Position Drafted Odds

Quarterback
-320
Defensive Lineman/Edge
+420
Cornerback
+1100
Offensive Lineman
+1300
Wide Receiver
+3000
Safety
+12000

USA Today has Maye going to the Minnesota Vikings.  They are the outlier.

"Unless Kwesi Adofo-Mensah can somehow pry the No. 3 pick from the Patriots, the Vikings might be limited in their likely options at quarterback — and getting into position for whichever top passer is left could still prove mighty costly. Quarterbacks coach Josh McCown coached Maye at Myers Park High School in Charlotte, and it's easy to see why Minnesota would be excited about adding a rocket-armed signal-caller comfortable operating on the move, especially as the franchise turns the page from the Kirk Cousins era."

The UNC product is the 3rd pick (New England) in all the exact pick order draft odds we can find, as seen below.
