Drew Brees Daily Fantasy Football Outlook – 2015
Drew Brees should have excellent Daily Fantasy Football value for 2015. Priced at around $8500, he hit or exceeded that value in nine of sixteen games and nine of the last thirteen. The Saints are -140 favorites to win UNDER 9 regular season games, meaning oddsmakers believe they will once again be a mediocre squad.
Against division rivals, Brees has scored over 30 Fantasy points on three occasions during the past three seasons against Tampa Bay (consider him for Week 2 and December 13 – Week 14). He has enjoyed modest success against Carolina over the past three seasons, making or exceeding value in four of the last six meetings. We would avoid Brees versus Atlanta.
Brees should be considered for your roster in Week 1 as he hit 37.2 Fantasy points against the Cardinals when last facing them in 2013. Compare the present situation with the scenario back then to determine if this is a “must play”.
