The Patriots come into the 2012 Super Bowl having nearly lost to Baltimore at home. A botched field goal by Billy Kundiff would have brought the AFC Championship game into overtime, just like the NFC Championship game.
TMZ.com reported that Kundiff “was distracted ... not paying attention and not ready to immediately execute a kick”.
