Kansas City Chiefs Odds to Win 2015 Super Bowl

The Kansas City Chiefs odds to win the 2015 Super Bowl were set at 65/1 to win the Super Bowl despite their strong showing last season.  They were priced high at -185 to win 8 or fewer regular season NFL games in 2014 at SportsBetting.ag.

Fox Sports Sean Keeler notes that Jamaal Charles is the best tailback in the AFC, if not the game.  The offense also put up 34.6 points and 387 yards of offense per contest last season and there is little to suggest that trend will not continue.

The problem with Kansas City is refected in the OVER/UNDER odds where the UNDER is a big favorite and that’s because they have the league’s 7th toughest schedule.

Then there is this from Keeler:

Since 1960, any NFL or AFL club that's made a nine-win jump or better from one year to the next has fallen off, on average, by approximately three wins the season after that. Last year's Colts were an exception to that trend, of course, and the foundation of the Chiefs' roster is probably better than it was under the Scott Pioli rebuilding attempts of four years earlier.
