The Seattle Seahawks are 1-2 both straight up and against the spread with two out of their three games going under the total. The Seahawks are coming off a 26-0 home win and payout over the Chicago Bears after losing back to back away games at the St. Louis Rams and the Green Bay Packers. Defense has been the best part of the Seattle team so far as the Seahawks rank third overall in the NFL for total defense and tenth for total defense. QB Russell Wilson has been inconsistent but improving and will enter this game with a QB rating of 91.1. Marshawn Lynch has fallen to 3.5 yards per carry as the top running back.

Game Notes

The Detroit Lions have failed to over the spread in seven out of their last eight away games with 10 out of their last 12 away games going under the total. Seattle has lost just two out of their last eight home games against the spread with four out of their last seven home games going under the total. The Seahawks have paid out in four out of their last five home games against the Lions with the last three of those matchups going over the total.
