The New York Giants and Denver Broncos are both 6-4 but the vibe surrounding each team is much different. The Giants are just a game back of Dallas in the NFC East while the Broncos are a game back of San Diego in the AFC West.  New York though is considered a serious threat to the Cowboys while the Broncos proved last week they are no threat to the Chargers. These two teams meet in prime time on Thanksgiving night in game that can be seen on the NFL Network.

Denver started the season 6-0 but they have lost their last four games and rarely have the games been close. They were blown off the field last week in a 32-3 loss to San Diego.  They have been outscored 117-37 in their last four losses and they haven't even scored an offensive TD in their last two home games. "I think the good thing is for a team in our situation, coming off a tough division game, is obviously we didn't play nearly the way we wanted to and on a four-game losing streak, we are eager to get back on the field and play again," head coach Josh McDaniels said. "This might be a good time for our team."

The Giants started 5-0 this season before losing four straight. They bounced back last week though to win in overtime against Atlanta.  Although the Giants won the game against Atlanta they still had problems. They allowed 24 points in the second half against Atlanta. "I think we have done very well in certain situations, but we haven't played as well as I think we can," defensive end Osi Umenyiora said.

Here are the NFL betting stats for Thursday's game. The Giants are 8-2 ATS in their last 10 games as a road favorite. The Giants are 0-5 ATS in their last 5 games overall.

The Broncos are 7-19-1 ATS in their last 27 home games. The Broncos are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games overall.

The Over is 3-1-1 in the Giants last 5 road games. The Under is 10-1 in the Broncos last 11 home games. The Under is 5-2 in the Broncos last 7 games in November.
