Good news on the NFL lockout front as the NFL Players Association was set to vote on a proposed deal and a new collective bargaining agreement and settlement of all legal issues, sources close to ESPN advised.

The NFL team owners were scheduled to meet in Atlanta on Thursday to ratify a new CBA and, if that happens, players can begin arriving at facilities Friday and team activities can begin as early as Monday.

Training camp for some teams will be delayed and the August 7 Hall of Fame Game remains in question.

Online bookmakers have released some lines on the 2011-2012 NFL season.  BetUS.com did have odds on Week 1 of the regular season as of July 20, 2011.
