The Yellow Jackets were the popular choice originally in this game but Iowa is now getting some attention because their starting quarterback Ricky Stanzi is returning from injury.

Sometimes he was great and other times he was terrible. But when the Hawkeyes needed a late rally he was always there until getting hurt late in the season. "It's like being at the amusement park on the wildest roller coaster," Iowa offensive coordinator Ken O'Keefe said. The defense for Iowa was there all college football betting season as they held teams to 15.5 points per game.
Georgia Tech moves the ball on the ground as they were second in the nation in rushing averaging 307.2 yards per game. Jonathan Dwyer had 1,346 yards and 14 TDs while quarterback Josh Nesbitt had 991 yards rushing and 18 TDs. Georgia Tech can also throw when needed as wide receiver Demaryius Thomas had 46 receptions, for 1,154 yards and eight TDs.
