Oregon State vs. USC College Football odds had USC as a -20 favorite at Sports Interaction, a recreational shop.  Most books had USC at -20 ½ with a few wise guy shops listing them at -21.  Around 70 percent of the betting action was going towards Oregon State.

From Scouts.com:

Don't think the Trojans have forgotten about last year's stunning loss in Corvallis, which ultimately cost them a shot at the BCS title game. The Beavers were able to surprise USC defensively by running at them on the interior with Jacquizz Rodgers, catching an early lead the Trojans were unable to overcome. That said, expect USC to be ready this year and piece together a dominating performance. The Trojans will control the line of scrimmage and slow Rodgers, forcing Canfield to shoulder the majority of the offensive load. At that point watch for Bates to turn the dogs loose and apply pressure, forcing a few takeaways. Look for Barkley to continue to make strides in the positive direction and manufacture a few big plays through the air. USC should have this one in the bag by the fourth quarter in a big statement game.
