BetOnline was offering the OT Super Bowl 50 betting prop, which pays $80 for every $10 bet should it happen.

They were even offering a prop wager on whether this year’s Super Bowl game goes into double overtime.  A $10 bet would pay out $250 should this happen.

It’s hard to believe that no Super Bowl has ever gone into overtime.  Several have been ended in regulation by last-second field goals and touchdowns.

This is all the more remarkable since it seems there isn’t a week that goes by during the regular NFL season when at least one game doesn’t go into overtime.
