The Packers vs. Eagles 2010 Week 1 NFL odds had Green Bay as the -3 road favorite and the team getting the most action this weekend.  More than 85 percent of the action was coming in on Green Bay here.

Be careful here folks.  Zach Kruse of the Bleacher Report raises some important concerns:

Unless there are significant improvements from the bottom of the depth chart, the secondary again looks like it will be  over-matched against the NFL's elite passing teams.

The outside linebacker position may be even thinner while special teams is no bargain either with Mason Crosby as the kicker who has struggled in the past.

These factors may be part of the reason why oddsmakers seem less inclined to move the line on the Packers despite the heavy lopsided action.

Gambling911.com has previously noted that the home team has gone 5-0 in this series while Philadelphia is 5-1 dating back to 2003.  The Eagles lost in Green Bay by just 3 points in 2007, the last time they played each other.
Packers vs. Eagles odds trends do give Green Bay an upper hand.

They are 7-1-1 ATS in their last 9 games overall, 6-1-1 ATS in their last 8 games on grass and 5-1-1 ATS in their last 7 vs. NFC.

Still, the past head-to-head results are staggering in favor of Philadelphia.
