Last week, the Philadelphia Eagles shocked the world by signing Michael Vick as a backup quarterback.  Vick was suspended by the NFL and served prison time for his role in a dog fighting and gambling ring.  This weekend, reports began surfacing that Vick was seen drinking Grey Goose and Pineapple in a local Philadelphia restaurant.  It had been presumed Vick is prohibited from drinking alcohol and Grey Goose, for those who do not know, is a brand of Vodka.

On Sunday, the Eagles responded to the Grey Goose report.

"We are aware of the report and it is not in conflict with terms of his probation or reinstatement with the NFL," Eagles spokesman Derek Boyko told Bob Brookover of the Philadelphia Inquirer.

Apparently, Vick can drink alcohol, just not over the legal limit.
