The Rams-Cowboys line was coming in at -13.5 in favor of Dallas as St. Louis comes into this game winless.  This line would likely be -20 or greater if the Rams were playing a more solid team on the road such as New England.  70 percent of the public betting the spread likes Dallas even at this line.

“Dallas is a pretty good football team,” notes Pat Williams of Don Best TV.  “Especially on the defensive side of the ball.  The number one rush defense in the NFL, only allowing 69 yards per game.”

While the Cowboys are 3-0-1 Against The Spread in their last 4 games following a Straight Up loss, they are also 1-7 ATS in their last 8 games as a home favorite and are 1-9-1 ATS in their last 11 games as a favorite.

The Rams are 0-6 ATS in their last 6 games as an underdog and are 0-5 ATS in their last 5 vs. NFC.

They have lost three of their last five games by more than the current 13.5 point spread.  All of Dallas' recent wins spanning into the pre-season have been by no more than 6 points.
