Ravens-Dolphins Point Spread – Fantasy Outlook for Ryan Tannehill, Joe Flacco

The Ravens-Dolphins point spread had Miami as a -2.5 home favorite in a game where both teams come into this one with identical 7-5 records.  The action is 60/40 favoring Baltimore at BetPhoenix.ag.

The Ravens did beat Miami on the road last season but these Dolphins look improved since that time.  The line on that game was identical to this season’s number.

While the Ravens have had difficulties against the AFC where they are 2-8-1 ATS, Baltimore has also gone 11-4 ATS vs. a team with a winning record.

The Dolphins are 5-1 Against The Spread  in their last 6 vs. AFC and, more importantly, 12-5 ATS in their last 17 home games.

On the fantasy front, Dolphins starting quarterback Ryan Tannehill did disappoint last week with his meager 8 fantasy points.

Indeed, it was a surprisingly dull performance and we here at Gambling911.com can’t help but wonder if Tannehill was looking ahead to this week’s game.  No defense in football had allowed more touchdown tosses than the 27 given up by the Jets prior to last week’s matchup with the Dolphins.

Assuming that was all a fluke, Tannehill will face off against a Ravens' passing defense that ranks 31st, allowing 273.9 passing yards per game.  Tannehill looks like a good bet especially when we consider he’s hit double digit fantasy points every other game this season.

Daily Fantasy Sports enthusiasts may wish to sit Joe Flacco as Miami has not allowed a single passer to top 280 yards all season and that includes the likes of Tom Brady, Aaron Rodgers, Peyton Manning and we can go on.

The Ravens feature the league's most generous secondary to fantasy wideouts over the past six weeks and this certainly bodes well for the likes of Miami’s Mike Wallace and Jarvis Landry.   Both men are priced well with Wallace at $7,100/$5,200.
