Immediately following news that Ray Rice won his appeal and can return to the NFL, the former Baltimore Ravens running back became the most picked up player in Yahoo! Fantasy leagues, TMZ.com reported.

This is the same TMZ.com that first released the infamous elevator beating Rice inflicted on his then fiancée.  The two have since married. In the video, Rice is seen knocking the woman out then, as the elevator doors open, he drags her across the floor. Baltimore had initially suspended Rice for two games but ultimately kicked him off the team once the video surfaced.

No team has yet to express interest in Rice but that hasn’t stopped more than 168,000 fantasy teams from adding him onto their rosters based on the Yahoo! “Transaction Trends” page.
