The Washington Redskins season wins total betting odds were coming in at 6.5 with the OVER promising a potential payout of $165 for every $100 bet.

The Redskins played remarkably well during the preseason but will demote Robert Griffin III to backup, opting instead to go with Kirk Cousins as their starting quarterback.   RGIII suffered a concussion a few weeks ago.

NFL.com noted that “team sources say this was not a political decision but rather a football one. The Redskins ultimately believed, as of Saturday morning, that Griffin is the second-best quarterback on the roster and should be kept on the team as a result.”

Cousins has a Daily Fantasy Sports salary at $5K.
