The Super Bowl MVP is among the most popular prop bets bar none.  They were also among the first odds to be released in 2023.  The payouts can be significant.

Philadelphia Eagles starting quarterback Jalen Hurts and Kansas City Chiefs starting quarterback Patrick Mahomes are pretty much co-favorites with a promised payout in the area of $110 to $130 for every $100 bet.

Then we start getting into the more lucrative payout territory.  That's pretty much all other positions.

Let's take a look below.

Travis Kelce pays out around $1000 for every $100 bet should he be named Super Bowl MVP, but the last time a tight end was honored you'd have to go back to ... well..... NEVER.  That's right, a tight end as never been named a Super Bowl MVP.  One can argue, the position is due and, what better time than now?  Without Kelce, KC probably can't win this year's Super Bowl.

Wide receivers like the Eagles A.J. Brown have a better shot.  Two wide receivers were named Most Valuable Players in Super Bowls dating back to 2009.
